Our Mission

The Snoqualmie Pass Women's Group values our ability to maintain in its unique geographical environment despite its obvious limitations. We are all dedicated to the mountain lifestyle for our own reasons. We recognize that it is a large commitment to the lifestyle of Mountain Living to thrive in our environment.

As a group, we foster opportunities for personal growth. Some shall come to us for an outlet, and others will grow through giving back. We are available to all ages of women in our community and draw from each others' many strengths. We wish to be a positive network of women, living intentionally rather then accidentally. We recognize that not only in times of need do women need such a network. We hope to Foster bonds of goodwill that will only strengthen our little community.

Activities need to vary to meet the schedules and different personalities that are within our ranks. We hope to never overlook the value of simplicity. We recognize the value in these simple activities the group used to do. Getting together to sit down and share conversation, wine, ski, bike, golf, garden, and paint is important. We must create opportunities to have such gatherings.

Sitting and lending an ear for a dear friend is worth more then things money can buy. Above all our purpose is to create a nurturing environment. We pledge to dedicate time to reach out to those who are new to our community at Snoqualmie Pass, and to those we have lost. Increasing participation will strengthen our community as a whole.
